Because every piece is made to order in limited runs, we offer exchanges rather than open returns. If something isn't right, we make it right — here's exactly how.

If the fit isn't yours, request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

Exchange for another size or another piece of equal value. The first exchange ships free within India.

A fault in craftsmanship or damage in transit is never your burden: send us photos on WhatsApp within 7 days and we'll replace the piece or refund you in full — your choice — including all shipping.

Garments cut to your measurements can't be exchanged unless there's a defect — that's why we confirm every measurement twice with you on WhatsApp before cutting.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the piece reaching our studio.

Message us on the same WhatsApp chat where you ordered, with photos of the piece. That's it — no forms, no portals, no waiting on hold.
